How and why we use your information

• Enquiries that do not lead to a service are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last contact.

• Waste-transfer and other regulatory records are retained for the period required under applicable waste-management legislation.

• Complaint, dispute or legal-claim records may be retained until the matter is resolved and any relevant limitation period has expired.

• Marketing records are retained until you withdraw consent or object, after which we may keep a minimal suppression record so that we respect your preference.

• Cookie and analytics information is kept according to the lifespan of the relevant cookie or the settings of the applicable service.

We may retain information for longer if required by law, a regulator, a court or an ongoing legal claim. Information that is no longer needed will be securely deleted or anonymised.
